Hi! Thank you for considering me for your prom experience. Please be sure to read all deliverables before booking.

 

Firstly, in order to secure & assure you have your spot secured, you must pay a deposit of $125 which is non-refundable.

The $125 will NOT go towards your prom suit total this is just to secure your spot.

Consultation Policy

• Each consultation will be conducted with the designer, TaYlored by Ty, and staff on via zoom. During this time, colors, ideas, inspirations, and concepts will be discussed.

• Clients are asked to arrive on via zoom with form already filled (that will be sent to email after booking) out a color scheme or concept in mind. If not, we encourage allowing creative freedom.

• Prior to the consultation, both the client and their guardian will be required to already be completed to ensure a smooth process.

• Only one guardian may attend the via zoom consultation. No children are allowed.

• If a client arrives with multiple guests, services will not be provided.

• All ideas must be reviewed with the guardian prior to the via zoom consultation.

• Consultations are strictly limited to 30 minutes to one hour. Please prepare all questions in advance to make the most of your time.

 

Client Compatibility Policy

Please note that Tylar will always strive to meet each client’s needs. However, if at any point during the via zoom consultation she determines that the working relationship is not the right fit, she reserves the right to end the consultation. In such cases, the consultation fee remains non-refundable as it covers Tylar’s time and expertise.

Situations that may result in ending a consultation include, but are not limited to:

• Inability to come to an agreement.

• Disrespectful behavior.

• Ongoing conflict between parent and child regarding design decisions.

• Restricting the child’s creative freedom in the suit design process.
